Our head office is located in South Australia. Our customer service team operates on weekdays. Our customer service team will endeavour to respond to your online enquiry as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU ORDER
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Australia. All items imported into the EU attract VAT, which is added by customs and paid on the receiver’s end. However, we are working towards a European distribution centre to have greater control over the shipping process. In some instances, international deliveries may be held up by customs, for which we cannot accept liability. Please be aware of this before making your purchase.
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal and credit card (Mastercard and Visa). We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you and a full refund will be processed using the original payment method.
We cannot accept liability for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend express shipping to ensure your order comes with tracking, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however slight variation may occur. Colours may appear slightly different via the website due to individual monitor settings.
Postage and handling costs are non-refundable (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Duties/taxes for countries outside of Australia are not covered by us.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
All orders are shipped from Australia, therefore international customers may be required to pay applicable duty, sales tax and customs charges upon collection of your order. The only charges we collect are those stated on your order invoice. We cannot provide an exact amount for sales tax, duty and customs charges as they are determined by your local government.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to most destinations worldwide. At checkout, please select your country.
All orders are shipped within a reasonable period after payment. Express shipping comes with tracking. For all orders shipped with tracking, a separate email containing tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched. Postage and handling costs are non-refundable on returned items. In some instances, international deliveries may be held up by customs for reasons outside our control. (Please see ‘International Duties and Customs Charges’ section).
International express shipping comes with tracking. We cannot accept liability for any items lost in transit.
UNITED KINGDOM (UK) SHIPPING
Standard shipping with tracking is available. You can make your selection at checkout.
UNITED STATES (US) SHIPPING
Priority shipping with tracking is available. You can make your selection at checkout.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)
Shipping within Australia is via Star Track Express, with free standard shipping for qualifying orders. Orders placed before a certain time are dispatched same day, otherwise next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.
Orders shipped to metro areas will be delivered by close of business the next business day after dispatch. Orders shipped to rural areas will be delivered within a few business days.
ORDERING
To place an order, you may do so via our secure online store. Sale of products is subject to availability of stock. You can view new and completed orders when logged into your account. Alternatively, view orders via the email sent at placement. Members can sign in for faster checkout and are eligible for special offers, discounts, promotions, and our newsletter.
Once you have found a product, add it to your cart. Proceed to our easy step-by-step checkout. You will be asked to either proceed, register, or sign in. Then fill in your details to complete the order. Please double-check your shipping address.
Simply follow the steps until your transaction is complete. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after. We reserve the right to cancel orders; if so, we will notify you and refund all monies paid.
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE A CHANGE TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Due to our distribution efficiency, once you hit Pay Now, we cannot cancel your order. However, our simple returns process makes refunding easy. Head to our Returns Page.
WARRANTY
All products have a warranty period from the date of purchase. We will replace items with a manufacturing defect, but generally, orders outside the warranty period will not be covered. We do request clear pictures to assist further.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team with clear pictures, a detailed description, and your order details.
MY ACCOUNT
Being a member makes you eligible for special offers, discounts, and promotions. You will also receive our newsletter and be the first to know about new products. PAYMENT, PRICING AND PROMOTIONS
We accept PayPal and credit card (Mastercard and Visa). For security, we reserve the right to hold orders paid by credit card pending verification.
Once you place an order, we send the transaction directly to the bank; your details are not shared with third parties. Our online system encrypts your details. If you encounter payment problems, please contact us.
Our pricing is correct and current as shown. Pricing may change due to sales or promotions. Members may be offered special discounts. All prices include applicable taxes. Prices are shown in Australian dollars, US dollars, or British pounds. Your credit card will be billed in these currencies. We suggest using a currency converter for an estimate. Sale prices are only valid during the sale period; we do not credit price differences. Items purchased on sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. All promotions are subject to availability.
Please note that only one discount code can be used per transaction. Discount codes cannot be used on gift cards. Gift cards are also excluded from sitewide sale offers.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We accept return requests within a period after purchase. All postage and handling costs are incurred by the customer. We are not responsible for return packages that do not reach us, so retain your proof of postage. Returns are processed within a reasonable time of being received. We do not process exchanges but can provide store credit.
Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.
All returned items must be in original unworn condition with tags attached. Items returned with makeup or tan stains will be rejected. For shoes, soles must be returned clean; if dirty, your return will be rejected. Loosen laces to avoid damage. Do not use the shoe box for return labels or tape. The shoe box must be returned in original condition.
If you receive a faulty item, contact our customer service team with clear pictures, description, and order details. We will refund return cost and arrange a replacement if defective.
For Outlet items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, but if faulty, follow faulty item steps.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Collecting personal information: we require personal information to complete transactions and provide the best service. In accordance with privacy law, your information can be accessed by you.
Your information is obtained to process your order and/or inform you of promotions, new products, and important changes. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, you can request so.
We do not share information with third parties but have the right to disclose as required by law. We use SSL encryption technology to process all orders.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards can be purchased from our website. Gift cards are sent via email. If purchasing as a gift, you can have redemption details emailed to the recipient. Enter the correct email to avoid delays. Once activated, you can check status and balance in your account. Any gift card purchases where a refund is requested will be refunded as store credit.
SMS SERVICE
The mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by us. Your use constitutes agreement to these terms (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any features without notice. We may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for charges and fees imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Your consent to receive autodialed marketing texts is not required for purchase. The Service provides updates, alerts, information, promotions, offers via text. Message frequency is recurring. Text STOP to cancel at any time. You’ll receive a confirmation text. If subscribed to other programs, you must opt out separately. For support or assistance, contact us.
We may change any short code or telephone number at any time. Messages sent to changed numbers may not be received.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If you change your number, opt out prior.
You agree to indemnify us from third-party claims arising from your use or providing a number not your own.
We are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information or any action taken in reliance.
